- A graduate of the BMW Factory Technician program, Zack Kitzis is an expert mechanic. His emphasis towards Customer Service and helping people is what led him to starting his own auto repair garage. His previous repair shop called 'AutoPro' in Newton was a booming success and has allowed us to upgrade to a much larger and more equipped shop here in Norwood. You will find often find Zack around the shop talking to customers, servicing and reparing cars himself and making freinds; always with a smile.
